After 23 years 'hands-on' in the industry, with the last 13 years incorporating targetted research into Project Management and the New Zealand Construction sector, we decided to alter direction. Now, we share our passion and insight by helping others. Our outsourcing capability is designed to empower and enhance your team and outfit them with the tools they need to succeed. What we do

Our outsourcing service includes construction programming/scheduling, Project delivery, progress tracking and project rescue (or any comination).  Using the "better business case - 5 cases method we will work from project inception through to delivery completion and also provide the lifetime/end-of-life (demolition/recycling) process.

As a consultancy we will also work with you to review the existing internal systems, processes, tools, techniques and training to elevate your project lifecycles to international best practice.

We are proficient using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Autodesk products, O365 products

Project success in New Zealand sits at 29% as measured by: on-time, on-budget, as per scope (KPMG 2018), for the same period project success in the European Union sits at 89%!

In the many thousands of hours we have spent researching the New Zealand construction sector we have highlighted several areas where we differ strongly from the EU:

  • No requirement for PM's to have formal qualifications and certifications, and,
  • Adherance to methodologies over frameworks, and,
  • little/no institutional knowledge of the International Standards for Project, Programme and Portfolio management, and,
  • No "C-level" support for Project management (despite this being the primary source of income for construction and related industries.

We believe that with the right guidance every construction oriented company in New Zealand can have a robust PMO and from that a formal company-wide cohesive approach to Project Management with C-level support.
